Parent engagement is about our ability to connect with and support parents through educational resources and workshops as they strive to provide the foundational structure needed to help their child be successful in school and in life.
Our Parent Workshop Series aims to bring awareness to the following areas in an effort to better support parents:
College and career planning
Health and wellness
COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS
College and career readiness activities provide our students with opportunities to learn from practitioners, explore college life, and get a first-hand look at various career fields that they can aspire to become a part of.
Kennrod strives to provide students with college, career, and/or life experiences that will help them reach their full potential. We do this through exposure to career practitioners, college visits, business visits, and educational sessions that enhance the school curriculum and builds interest.
